Electrolysis of copper foil
Application scope:
Used for electrolysis of copper foil
In sulfuric acid solution, metal is extracted by electrolysis and oxygen is separated from anode. The titanium electrode with tantalum - iridium coating is used. Iridium oxide coating shows excellent electrolytic persistence. The initial anode potential was 1.51V, and after 6000 hours, it was 1.64V. When using lead-based alloy electrode (containing sb6% ~ 15% or ag1%) in electrolytic production, the lead anode will dissolve, consume the anode material and affect the service life of the anode. Moreover, the lead dissolved in the solution will precipitate out on the cathode, which will increase the impurity in the metal and reduce the product quality. Ruthenium - based coatings can be severely damaged in this condition. The initial anode potential was 1.48v, and after 1000 hours, it rose to 2.0v, and the anode was passivated. The electrode developed by our company has good conductivity. Oxygen evolution potential is low, coating oxide grain is fine (up to nanometer level); Long service life (operating life 40000KA. H /m2).
1. Stable polar spacing
2, can improve the production capacity
3. High carrying current and uniform current distribution
4, no pollution on copper foil
5. Low energy consumption
