In the production line of galvanized steel plate, the anode plate is the main working part, which has high cost and bad service condition. The development of insoluble anode plays a decisive role in high-speed electroplating technology. The main characteristics of titanium anode are as follows:
1. Low anodic polarization potential, low voltage of the electroplating bath, high efficiency and low energy consumption of electroplating operation;
2, the electrode loss rate is very small, the size of the anode is stable, the service life is long, not only reduces the cost and workload of maintenance and replacement of the anode, improve the operation efficiency, but also in the plating bath anode and cathode strip distance can be reduced, so as to reduce the consumption of electricity in the bath resistance, reduce the energy of electroplating production;
3. The electrode has good corrosion resistance, and the anode material is rarely dissolved into the plating solution;
